Backyard Maple Sugaring Demonstration

The Catskill Region of NYS sits right in the heart of all sugar maple production of the entire world. Why not tap into that resource in your own backyard? We will give a short presentation on how to make maple syrup the simple way at home, then go outside and demonstrate those practices firsthand by tapping trees, hanging buckets, and firing up the backyard evaporator to make a little syrup.
