Chainsaw Safety, Sharpening, and Maintenance

June 5, 2021 @ 10:00 am - 12:00 pm

$10

Unfortunately for customers, chainsaws don’t come with a complimentary day-long course on how to use them! As chainsaw is a must-have tool for most Catskill Mountain landowners, we’ve decided to create this course to help people learn the simple ins-and-outs of properly using and maintaining a saw. These tools can be the biggest headache to use if poorly maintained, sharpened, or not used properly!

We’ll show you how to properly sharpen chains, maintain saws to ensure a longer life cycle, and demonstrate proper techniques to safely operate the saw. Feel free to bring along your own saw for the maintenance and sharpening portion for more hands-on experience and understanding of your own equipment.

Cap of 10 attendees. Registrations are now open! If all spots are full, you will automatically be added to the waitlist. We will contact you should any spots become available.
