Cultivating Cognitive Agility With Plant and Tree Allies
Did you know plants and trees are extraordinary agents of change who by the way, choreograph just about every facet of our life?
Join Marguerite Uhlmann-Bower, a traditional plant medicine person who shares research and discovery that begins by cultivating intermediary sensory messages and dialoguing with the Natural Landscape. Some questions asked [that they attempt to answer]: What might it look like to have shared ethics with Earth, Plants, and the Landscape? Can we put their needs before our very own? Can we articulate what it might feel like to be in Kinship with the Green landscape? How might we get out of our belief system, if just for a moment so that we can hear true and congruent messages from the Natural world?
Central to the answers are from our Cultivating Agility three-day training program. Elements of resurrecting our dormant indigenous selves, animism from anthropocentrism, imagination from the linear mind, sensory gate and ‘feeling-into’ exchanges, altered states of consciousness and frequency. These skills can usher in a new worldview, one we call, New Earth Living Skills. What are they? -and, what do they look like to the “civilized” landscape? The talk will be co-hosted by a Floridian Bromeliad who opens the lecture with their sound frequencies. After which there will be an open Q/A after the lecture.
