Join ISA Certified Arborist Zane Lawyer as he discusses how to think about planting a block of your own fruit trees while demonstrating best practices for tree planting and installation according to the ANSI Standards for tree planting. This includes matching the tree to the site, prepping the site, finding the right root depth, and minor pruning of the roots or crown. Support systems, fencing to protect from wildlife, and simple tips maintenance during establishment will also be shown.
