Join John MacNaught, our Forest Program Manager and lifelong hunter, for a demonstration on how to butcher a deer at home from start to finish. John will provide tips and tricks that even seasoned hunters can benefit from.
Part of the demonstration will take place outdoors, so please dress warmly.
