WHAT’S GOING ON IN THE FOREST?
Well, I always wondered if there is more that can be made with maple sap. I’ll get back to you in a month or 2 and report on how this maple wine turns out. Anything with sugar can be fermented. This wine should be around 15% alcohol. We’ll see how it tastes.
