What Is A Cancellation?
A cancellation is defined as failure or inability or unwillingness to attend all or any part of an event in which the attendee is enrolled regardless of reason, be it illness (flu, colds, monkeypox, coronavirus, etc.), accident, medical-related, death, death of another, auto breakdown, an act of God, weather, epidemic and/or act of another.
What Is The Cancellation Fee?
There are no Cancellation Fees charged for cancelling a CFA course, event, or workshop.
For all GOL courses, there is no Cancellation Fee but a Cancellation Refund will depend on how much notice CFA is given before the date of the course.
When Can I Cancel?
Attendees may cancel anytime up until the day of the event. With that being said, we appreciate as much notice as possible in order to fill your slot with a attendee from the wait-list. If you do not cancel before the event starts, you will NOT get a refund for ANY event, workshop, or GOL course.
How Much of A Refund Will I Get?
If you cancel you attendance for a GOL course:
- 7+ days before the day of the course, 100% of your payment will be refunded, pending your slot can be filled with an attendee off the waitlist.
- 0 – 6 days before the course, there will be a 50% refund.
How Do I Cancel My Class?
You must submit a written notice using this link: CANCELLATION REQUEST. It is strongly recommended that attendees should also call the office in addition to emailing to ensure staff will receive your message and respond as soon as possible.
Text messages and social network comments are not considered valid cancellation notifications.
If CFA cancels a course, event, or workshop, for any reasons, we will refund 100% of fee.
