WHAT’S GOING ON IN THE FOREST?
Just so happened that I was in a tree while the eclipse occurred yesterday. Just as one newsman had claimed, there wasn’t really a drastic difference in light conditions, but more in animal activity. My friend on the ground saw earthworms begin to surface, and peepers sounding off; I guess they thought it was getting ready for dark.
