Deer Processing Demonstration

So you’ve harvested a deer during hunting season–great job! Now what? Learning to butcher your own meat is an invaluable life skill, not to mention the dollars you’ll save doing it at home instead of sending your deer away to be processed. Join John MacNaught, our Forest Program Manager and lifelong hunter, for a demonstration on how to butcher a deer at home from start to finish. John will provide tips and tricks that even seasoned hunters can benefit from.

Part of the demonstration will take place outdoors, so please dress warmly.
