And the winner for the most effective chainsaw for pruning apple trees is the Echo 2511T. This is the lightest gas-powered chainsaw on the market. I’ve always used Husqvarna & Stihl, & looked down on Echo, until now. This thing is so light, it’s like a toy, but it’s no toy. It’s a Professional-grade chainsaw that arborists always spoke highly of while using aloft in a tree. I chose it over electric because of its slim & compact profile. I need to make myself as small as possible while squeezing into tight spots when pruning thickly growing apple trees for sure. Wish I was getting sponsored but am not.
