WHAT’S GOING ON IN THE FOREST?

It seems both Mr. Heron & I were after the same thing, the little brown trout. Dinosaurs may be extinct, but I imagine the blue heron seems pretty “Tyrannosaurus Rex-like” when it hovers its crane-like neck and beak over the stream. It’s long, narrow shadow must horrify any trout to seek the nearest rock to hide beneath. I guess blue heron “gotta eat too” but so do I. Ryan “1” and Mr. Heron “None” as far as I could tell. I normally can’t compete with Ole Abe the Bald Eagle though. See below.
