Guidelines for Vendors:

All vendors should sell products that have a forest-based component. If you are unsure whether your product is applicable, please reach out to us to confirm.
Anyone selling or distributing food should contact - prior to the event - the NYS Department of Health at (607) 432-3911, as a permit must be posted at your booth during the event.
Setup is from 6 AM - 9 AM on July 25th, or the day prior from 12 PM - 6 PM. Bring your own chairs and tables.
Booth size is restricted to 10 ft x 10 ft.
Please indicate the number of spaces you wish to utilize below. If you are going to need more than one booth space, purchase another space(s).
