WHAT’S GOING ON IN THE FOREST?

I constantly look for reasons or excuses to be in the woods. I find “shanging” a good one. This plant likes to hide like no other, but I tend to believe that one needs to be almost over it to notice it. It likes to hide from the human eye and keep its secret in the woods. The forest it grows in are beautiful and exclusive to mountainous country. And ginseng is supposedly extremely medicinal. I like it because it seems to give me energy and wake me up. Just another reason to be out there.  I found this one tucked in between some deadfall, apparently hiding from deer browse too.

May the Forest Be with You,
